This place is located just a short distance from the station, ski lifts, funicular, and a ski hire shop. The deluxe king room offers excellent facilities and the beds are incredibly comfortable.

hotel is beautiful, rooms are very comfortable and spacious, from our terrace you can see the snowy mountains. minibar and use of the spa are included in the price. Furthermore, in the room you have a bathrobe and slippers to go down to the spa. bathtub is inside the room itself and they leave you welcome fruit. An electric car from the hotel takes you to and from the train station free of charge on your arrival and departure from Zermatt. room is smart and from the TV you can control the temperature. You also have access to webcams of the summits in case you decide to go up by cable car or cog railway, so you can see the weather up there and visibility. The breakfast is fantastic. complete and homemade, spa has a nudist area. There is a hot outdoor Jacuzzi where it is nice to be even if the temperature is around 0ºC. I would definitely come back. staff is friendly and attentive. hotel has a Ciggar Lounge where you can smoke and have a drink. They also have an extensive menu of cigars. cigars and selected exquisite alcoholic beverages. specialized staff will advise you on this,

We ordered two full-body massages at the spa. massages were excellent, atmosphere was not conducive to entering a state of relaxation. There was a lack of relaxing atmosphere: dimmed or almost dark lights, candles, aroma in the room to help you relax.

The food was amazing, and the staff were excellent; the hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from the train station, and we were pleased to have a room with a balcony that was of a good size.
